Lisse Deco (British Standards Markets)
This range features a screwless design with clip-on fixings, creating a sleek and more contemporary aesthetic in this market. Lisse Deco reflect a modern-classic style, with elegant shapes and premium materials (stainless steel). With a wide array of functionalities, this range was designed to integrates into diverse environments.
Lisse Deco, a range of wiring devices was designed specifically for British Standards markets (105 products, 6 distinct finishes, total of 535 SKUs). I oversaw this range development as a Product Manager, which was launched in 11 markets in 2017, including the United Kingdom, Ireland, Cyprus, and across the Middle East and Africa.
D-Life (Adaptation for China)
This range features clear shapes, a narrow frame, and a maximum operating surface for a sleek, contemporary aesthetic. D-Life offered a wide array of functionalities and is available in various premium materials, including thermoplastic, metal, stone, and glass, enabling seamless integration into diverse decors. This modular range also integrates with KNX systems for automation of smart home and buildings.
As product manager, I oversaw the adaptation of this range (existing for the German market), with new functions and its certification for launch in the Chinese market in 2019. This range offered 80 products/functions, 5 finishes, and 96 SKUs for this market.

This range features an innovative removable switch cover, allowing users to personalize the front cover design. Available in white and colored polycarbonate, as well as cost-effective "thin layer" finishes (simulated wood, stone, or steel), AvatarOn provided a premium look at a competitive price point in the entry-premium segment.
Developed initially for the Chinese market, AvatarOn was from 2017 adapted for British Standards markets, including Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Middle East. The range includes 75 products/functions, 4 finishes, and 300 SKUs.
As part of my product strategy responsibilities for the British Standards area, I only oversaw the integration of this project into the product roadmap and provided cross-functional support in various areas (such as assessment, specifications, promotion to entities, reporting to management, sales analysis).
